- 60 g flour
 - 1 tbsp baking powder
 - ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
 - 1 tbsp brown sugar

Mix flour, baking powder, half of the cinnamon, and some of the brown sugar in a bowl.

 - 120 ml low-fat milk
 - ½ tsp vanilla extract
 - 1½ tbsp unsalted butter

In another bowl, beat together the egg, milk, vanilla extract, and half of the butter, then add to bowl with flour mixture and beat to combine.

Heat some butter in a frying pan set over medium heat. Using a spoon, add dough to the pan to create circular pancakes and fry for approx. 2 min. on both sides until golden.

 - 1½ tbsp unsalted butter

Peel, core, and slice apples. Melt remaining butter in a pan set over medium heat and add apple slices.

 - ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
 - ½ tsp vanilla extract

In a bowl, mix remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, then add to the pan with the apples. Let apple caramelize for approx. 7 min. Serve warm pancakes with caramelized apples.
