Banana bread with whole wheat flour

- 4 bananas

Smash the banana
Step 3/3
- 1½ cups whole-wheat flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup butter (soft)
Preheat oven to 325 Fahrenheit and Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and crushed bananas. Combine well. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Mix just until combined. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. On top add some cinnamon and sugar.Bake for 55 minutes and rest for 10
