“Better” Scrambled Eggs

- 1 tomato
- 1 Serrano Pepper
- ½ White onion
- Wash your hands - Chop up the tomato and onion into small cubes. - Chop up Serrano pepper into small circles or however you want.

- 2 tbsp olive oil
-Drizzle your olive oil (canola oil or coconut also works). And turn on medium heat.

- salt
- 4 eggs
- Fork and Bowl
-Add all veggies to pan with oil. Let it cook for about 4 minutes or until softened. -Mix them up from time to time. -At this time, whisk your 4 eggs in a bowl and pinch desired amount of salt into them. *Salt gives it flavor!

Once your veggies are softened like this. Your eggs are ready to be added.

Add your eggs and mix it up. Turn flame down to medium/low.

Once your eggs have reached desired consistency. They’re all done!
