- 250 g paneer cheese
 
pre heat oil in pan and chop paneer into bite size pieces

- 3 tbsp frying oil
 
shallow fry the paneer until golden

remove paneer and add the chopped onion to pan

add the black pepper chilli paste

add all the chopped tomatoes
