Step 1/12
- 137½ g flour
 - ¼ tbsp confectioner’s sugar
 - ¼ tsp salt
 - ¾ tbsp vegetable oil
 - 57 g butter

For the pie crust in a medium size bowl mix the flour,sugar,salt, vegetable oil and butter
Step 2/12
- 15 ml water
 - ½ tsp lemon juice
 
Now slowly add in the water and lemon juice. Knead with hand.
Step 3/12
Once the dough is kneaded keep it in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes.
Step 4/12
Remove the dough and roll it. It should not be really thin.
Step 5/12

Take a pie dish and put the rolled dough and just fix it in the pan.
Step 6/12

Preheat the oven at 210 degree Celsius and pop the pie dish in the oven for about 20 minutes till it’s light golden brown.

- 14½ g milk chocolate bars
 - 36 g butter
 
Now take another bowl melt the butter and chocolate on a double boiler.

- 25 g confectioner’s sugar
 - 19 ml eggs
 - ¾ tsp vanilla extract
 - 24 g flour
 - 3 g unsweetened cocoa powder
 
In the bowl which has the butter and chocolate add in the flour, egg, vanilla extract , sugar and cocoa powder.
Step 9/12
Once the pie crust is light brown remove it from the oven.
Step 10/12
Add the batter on the pie crust and bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degree Celsius.
Step 11/12
Check with a toothpick if it comes out clean then your delicious brownie pie is ready to be served.
Step 12/12
Garnish with your choice of toppings such as melted chocolate or nuts.
