Butter Chicken

Ingredients
Step 1/3
- 600 g chicken breasts
- 160 g greek yogurt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 2½ tsp garlic paste
- 2 tsp ginger paste
Dice the chicken & put all included ingredients in a bag with the diced chicken. Leave to marinate from 2 hours to overnight.
Step 2/3
- 1 tsp butter
Melt a teaspoon of butter on a pan & cook the chicken till it is sealed and well underway cooking.
Step 3/3
- 220 ml light cooking cream
- 250 ml Mutti tomato passata
- 1 sprig sea salt
- 1 sprig pepper
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1 bundle baby spinach
Add the passata, cooking cream, baby spinach, sugar, salt & pepper and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve with Naan & rice.
