- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 15 g sugar
- 15 g semolina
- 5 g vanilla sugar
Knead the cottage cheese with a a fork with yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina

It’s good to mix the cottage cheese and leave it for 15-20 minutes to make the semolina swell.

- 50 g flour
Dust the work surface with flour slightly. Split the cottage cheese mass into equal pieces and roll it into balls. Form the cheesecakes.

- 10 ml vegetable oil
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Lay out the cheesecakes and fry on both sides, over low heat, until brown.

- 5 g caster sugar
- 100 g strawberries
- mint
Mix strawberries with powdered sugar in a blender. Decorate with mint.
