- 2 tbsp chia seeds
 - 100 ml water
 
- measuring cup
 
Soak chia seeds in part of the water for approx. 30 min.

 - 2 tsp agave nectar
 - ½ l water
 
- citrus press
 
Add lime juice and agave nectar to chia seed water. Stir thoroughly and then add to rest of the water.
