Chocolate blondie with chocolate ganache

Ingredients
Step 1/6
- 75 g semi-sweet chocolate
- 40 g butter
Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler until smooth
Step 2/6
- 80 g sugar
Take the chocolate mixture off the double boiler add the sugar mix until well combined
Step 3/6
- 3 eggs
Add eggs and mix
Step 4/6
- 55 g flour
- 10 g sweetened cocoa powder
Slowly mix in the flour and cocoa powder and pour into a 4 by 9 baking dish
Step 5/6
- 180 ml heavy cream
- 55 g Semi sweet chocolate
Chocolate ganache: put heavy cream and chocolate into a double boiler melt until smooth
Step 6/6
Chill for ten minutes spread on top of the blondie
