Chorizo and Pepper Pasta

Ingredients
Step 1/5
- ½ red bell pepper
- ¼ chorizo
- 1½ cloves garlic
- ½ tbsp olive oil
Chop up the pepper, chorizo and garlic while heating oil in a pan.
Step 2/5
- 150 g penne
Boil the penne in hot water on the stove.
Step 3/5
Fry the chorizo, pepper and garlic in the hot oil until the peppers start to char.
Step 4/5
- ½ tbsp tomato paste
- 200 g canned diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
Add the tomato paste, canned tomatoes and paprika to the pan.
Step 5/5
Drain the pasta once it becomes soft and add to the pan. Serve with cheddar cheese.
