Classic Negroni

- 60 ml Campari
- 60 ml sweet vermouth
- 60 ml gin
- ice cubes
- liquid measuring cup
Pour Campari, vermouth and gin into a measuring cup or mixing glass, fill up with ice and stir briefly, about 15 seconds.

Strain the drink into a low glass over fresh ice using a cocktail strainer or small sieve. We recommend using a large ice cube, but any ice will do.

Cut a strip of orange peel, rub it around the rim of the glass, and then garnish your Negroni with it.
