Crispy air fryer Wiener schnitzel

Step 1/3
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml milk
- bowl

For the air fryer Wiener schnitzel, in a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Step 2/3
- 250 g veal cutlets
- cutting board
- knife
- meat tenderizer
Cut veal into approx. two finger thick butterflied portions. Beat veal as thinly as possible without making holes in it.

- 100 g flour
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- butter (for greasing)
- oil (optional)
- ½ lemon
- salt
- pepper
- potato salad with vinegar and oil (for serving)
- 3 plates

- air fryer
Season cutlets with salt and pepper. Dredge each piece first in flour, then in egg mixture, and lastly in breadcrumbs. Brush the coated schnitzel well with oil or clarified butter. Bake in the air fryer one at a time for approx. 12 min. at 200°C/390°F flipping halfway through. Serve golden crispy Wiener schnitzel with a lemon wedge, and homemade potato salad.
