- 1 avocados
- ½ cucumber
Cut the cucumber into cubes and peel the avocadoes.

- 30 cl vegetable soup
- ¼ lime
- ½ clove garlic
- 5 leaves mint
- 50 natural cream cheese
- salt
- pepper
Put the soup, the lime juice, the garlic, the mint, the cream chees, the salt and the pepper in the blender (I had to do it in 2 steps) and mix it together.

Blunge the soup.

- 2 tbsp olive oil (for serving)
- coriander (for serving)
- chili (for serving)
- bread/ taco (for serving)
Decorate with olive oil, chili, coriander and eat with bread or taco. Enjoy!
