Ingredients
Step 1/9
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Step 2/9
- 10 g rolled oats
 - 5 g sunflower seeds
 - 5 g flaxseeds
 - 5 g pumpkin seeds
 - 7½ g sliced almonds
 - 10 g dried cranberries
 - 10 g chocolate muesli
 
Mix the rolled oats, the sunflower seeds, the flax seeds, the pumpkin seeds, the sliced almonds, the dried cranberries and the chocolate muesli.
Step 3/9
- ⅛ banana
 
Mash the banana.
Step 4/9
- ⅓ tbsp creamy peanut butter
 - ⅓ tbsp honey
 - ⅔ tbsp coconut oil
 
Fill the creamy peanut butter, the honey, the coconut oil and the banana into a pan and heat it until it becomes a creamy liquid solution.
Step 5/9
Pour heated solution onto the dry mixture and mix them.
Step 6/9
Fill the mixture into a baking mould.
Step 7/9
Place the baking mould into the oven once it has reached the 150°C and let it bake for 15-20 minutes.
Step 8/9
When the energy bars look good brown get them out of the oven and let them cool in your kitchen.
Step 9/9
Once coolen off for one hour, cut the dough in about 20 energy bars and enjoy. (:
