- ⅞ cups all purpose flour (divided)
- ¼ cup sesame or sunflower oil
- ¼ cup of water
Mix 4 cups of flour, 3/4 cup of oil, 1/4 cup of sugar and water in a large bowl and knead until a smooth dough is obtained. Cover the dough and set aside to prepare the filling.

- ¼ cup of powdered sugar (divided)
- ⅝ tsp Vanilla powder
- ⅝ tsp Cardamom powder
- ¾ tbsp Cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg powder
- ⅛ cup powdered walnut
- 24 g Unsalted butter
Mix the remaining powdered (1 cup) sugar, cinnamon powder and remaining 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup flour. Add vanilla, nutmeg and butter and mix. Can be done by food processor.

Now put the dough on a table and divide it into ten equal parts. Roll out each part with a rolling pin, until it reaches the size of a saucer. Place a piece of dough in your half-closed fist to create a hollow shape.

Now put a tablespoon of filling in the middle of it and close it. Then round with a small rolling pin.
