Fresh mango mint wrap

- 1 carrot
 - 1 lettuce heart
 - 100 g snow peas
 - 1 green onion
 - 1 stalk celery
 - 1 bell pepper
 - 10 g mint
 - 10 g parsley
 - 1 mango

Slice the carrot, lettuce heart, snow peas, green onion, celery, bell pepper, mint, and parsley into fine strips. Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut into slices.

 - 2 tsp lime juice
 - ½ tsp chili powder
 - ½ tsp sugar
 - salt

For the spread, mix the soy yogurt with mint strips, lime juice, chili powder, sugar, and salt and pepper.

Spread the mixture onto the wraps. Top with sliced vegetables, parsley, and mango.

Now, roll to create a wrap. First, fold the edges up and roll as tightly as possible from the widest edge. The less air in the wrap, the easier it is to cut afterwards.
