2 bowls, Strainer, 2 whisks
Step 1/6
- 42⅞ g flour
 - ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
 - ⅛ tsp Sodium Bicarbonate
 - ⅛ tsp salt

 - whisk
 
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl
Step 2/6
- ¼ eggs
 - 16⅛ g Margarine or Butter
 - 7⅞ g Vegetable fat
 - 14¼ g Unrefined Cane brown or cristal sugar
 - ⅛ tbsp vanilla extract
 - ⅛ tbsp lemon juice

Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl, starting with the melted margarine/butter, then sugar, then eggs, and the rest.
Step 3/6
Add the dry ingredients cup by cup in the wet ingredients and gently mix
Step 4/6
- 7⅛ g Oat flakes
 - 25 g Dark chocolate bar
 - 9¼ g milk chocolate bar
 - 14¼ g chopped pecans
 
Add the oat flakes, crashed pecans and chocolate in pieces
Step 5/6
Reserve for an hour in the fridge
Step 6/6
Cook in the oven mid level at 180 degrees, in a large pan. One big table spoon per cookie, keep at least 10cm between each cookie.
