- 2 onion
- 2 tomato
- food grinder
- fine grater
Make puree/paste from onion and tomato. If you don't have a grinder, you can simply grate the onion/tomato to get its puree.

- 100 g green peas (matar)
Wash green peas, especially if they were frozen.

- 250 g paneer
- knife
Cut paneer into cubes
Step 4/11
- 50 ml oil
- nonstick pan
Take non-stick bowl for cooking. Heat it for 1min. Always use low flame for entire recipe.
Step 5/11
Add onion puree and stir for 2mins.
Step 6/11
Add tomato puree and mix well. Close lid for 2mins. You should see water leaving from the mixture.

- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp garam masala
Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder and garam masala. Mix very well. Close lid for 2mins. You should have a slightly thick masala paste. Oil can be seen leaving on the sides.

Add paneer cubes and matar. Mix very well. Close lid for 1min.
Step 9/11
Add 50-100ml of water as per how much gravy you want. Mix well. Close lid and leave for it to cook for 10mins.
Step 10/11
Mix the half cooked curry, and close lid and let it cook for another 10mins.

Curry is ready! Open lid and serve hot.
