- ½ tbsp cream cheese
- 55½ ml whipped cream
- ⅛ package Lemon jello powder
- ⅛ tsp lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp lemon zest
- ⅜ tbsp Powdered sugar OR dream whip powder
Mix in the cream cheese, lemon, lemon zest, then add whipped cream. (The dream whip powder I used in the video isn’t necessary, so if you aren’t using it add couple tablespoons of powdered sugar to taste. the mixture turned green here because I used lime jello packet instead of lemon, but the whip cream lightened the colour later on. )

- 41⅔ ml jam
Lastly, top it off with jam of your choice and enjoy! (I used a small rectangular mould (27x17cm) and it served 12 pieces per person)
