Noodle soup with meatballs

- 300 g ground pork
- 2 stalks scallions
- 1 tbsp starch
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- pepper
- 1 knife
- 1 cutting board
- 1 bowl
Finely chop the greens from the scallions. In a bowl, mix the minced pork, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, sugar, the finely chopped scallions, salt, pepper and starch. Then let marinate for about 15 min.

Cut carrot into thin slices. Roughly cut the cabbage into pieces. Cut the white of the scallion into 1 cm pieces. Peel ginger and cut into fine cubes.

- ½ Napa cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 10 g ginger
- 1 l water
- 1 pot
In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Add cabbage, scallion, ginger and carrot and let simmer for approx. 30 min.

- 300 g broad rice noodles
Shape the meatballs into balls with wet hands. Cook the rice noodles according to package directions.

Carefully drop the meatballs one by one into the boiling soup and let simmer for about 5 min.

- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp sesame oil
Add salt, sesame oil and 3 tbsp of soy sauce to the soup and serve with the rice noodles.
