whole-wheat flour
⅛ tsp

ham

tomato sauce

onion⅛ 
red bell pepper
⅛ package
canned sweet corn13⅓ g

- 25 g quark
 - ⅓ eggs
 - ⅓ tsp baking powder
 - 33⅓ ml water
 - 50 g whole-wheat flour
 - ⅛ tsp salt
 
Mix the ingredients to a sticky dough and put it onto a baking sheet. Bake the pizza in the oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes.

- 25 g ham
 - 33⅓ g tomato sauce
 - ⅛ onion
 - ⅛ red bell pepper
 - ⅛ package canned sweet corn
 - 13⅓ g cheese
 
Prepare the topping and put it onto the pizza. Then bake for another 15 minutes. Enjoy!
