First step: rinse your tomatoes, jalapeños and your cilantro.

- ¼ onion
- 1 jalapeños
- 2½ g cilantro

Second step: mince onion, cilantro and jalapeños. With your tomatoes cut them in cubes.

- 1 sauté pan
- 1 slotted spoon
Third step: grab a pan and add some vegetable oil. Turn your stove to medium heat. When warm, add your minced onion & jalapeños. Move it around and let it cook for about 3-5 min...

Fourth step: add your cubed tomatoes and let them cook until almost dry.
