"For me, tomatoes are at the heart of Italian cuisine. In this wonderful summer dish, they are paired with an absolute classic that is Vitello Tonnato. In this recipe though, we're replacing the finely sliced veal with ripe and sweet tomatoes to have Tomato Tonnato instead. These gorgeous tomatoes will then be served on a wonderfully creamy tuna sauce that pairs perfectly with the meaty texture of the tomatoes. Whether as a starter or with some crispy bread as an aperitif, every bite will transport you straight to that Italian holiday you’ve been dreaming about."
