Tomato Tonnato

- 166⅔ g mixed tomatoes
- 33⅓ g cherry tomatoes
- ⅓ tsp lemon juice

For Tomato Tonnato, slice large tomatoes first. Halve cherry tomatoes, and transfer to a bowl. Season with lemon juice and salt.
Step 2/3
- 26⅔ ml mayonnaise
- ⅓ package canned tuna
- ⅔ anchovies
- 13⅓ g capers in brine
- ⅔ tsp lemon juice
- blender
In a blender, mix mayonnaise, tuna with oil, anchovy, capers, lemon juice, and caper brine until you have a smooth sauce.
Step 3/3
- 6⅔ g basil
- 2⅔ caper berries
- 2⅔ slices white bread
- plate (large)
Spread the sauce evenly on a large plate. Arrange tomatoes on top. Garnish with basil and halved caper berries, sprinkle with fresh pepper. Serve immediately with some bread on the side.
