Ingredients
Step 1/4
- ⅛ cups almond flour
- ⅛ cup rolled oat
- ⅛ pinch salt
In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour and salt. Then add oats
Step 2/4
- ⅛ cup honey (maple syrup if vegan)
Slowly pour in honey (or maple syrup if you’re vegan) into the bowl and mix, ideally with a fork
Step 3/4
Form the balls with your hands, they should be about 3/4 inch diameter
Step 4/4
You can either enjoy them right away or chill them in the fridge for some time before eating
