Step 1/6
- 2⅔ tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ⅔ tbsp sprinkle
- ⅓ tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp milk
- ⅔ tbsp vegetable oil
- 1⅓ tsp vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Scoop batter into cupcake liners,then set cupcake liners on a microwave safe plate.
Step 3/6
Set plate in the microwave for about 30 seconds to a minute. (Watch liners to make sure they dont over flow).

Take liners out and let them sit for about a minute.

Garnish cupcakes with whipped cream and chocolate.
