Basil

Balsamic vinegar
4 tsp
Virgin olive oil 
Salt and pepper (if needed)

Wooden toothpick or skewer

- 100 g mozzarella or ricotta cheese
 - 4 Cherry tomatoes
 - 4 leaves Basil
 
- Wooden toothpick or skewer
 
Make little balls of cheese. Use wooden skewers or toothpicks. Select large leaves of basil and small cherry tomatoes.

 - 4 tsp Balsamic vinegar
 
Spray balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper (if you want).
