Shaoxing wine
2 tbsp
soy sauce (add little dark soy sauce)
3 tbsp
sugar
4 tbsp
Zhenjiang Vinegar
5 tbsp

  • Step 1/3

    • 500 g pork ribs

    Cut the pork ribs in 7mm length

  • Step 2/3

    • 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce (add little dark soy sauce)
    • 3 tbsp sugar
    • 4 tbsp Zhenjiang Vinegar
    • 5 tbsp Water

    Put everything together, boil with medium high heat until boiled

  • Step 3/3

    turn the heat to low while boiled, keep boil for 45 minutes

  • Enjoy your meal!
