- 3 lbs pork ribs
Remove the membrane covering the ribcage by pulling it off with your fingers. Wash the rib and pat it dry

- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili
- ½ tsp dried thyme
Cut the rib in half and season it.on both sides

- frying pan
Sear it on both sides on the frying pan for two minutes. Pre heat the oven to 350 f.

- 1 cloves garlic
- ½ stock cube
- 1 cups water
- 13x9-inch roast pan
Mix two cups of boiling water with minced garlic, stock cube and vinegar. Put ribs (ribcage up) n the 13x9-inch roast pan and poor water with spices over it. Cover the pan with aluminium foil and bake it in the oven in the middle rag for two and a half hours.

- barbecue sauce
This step can be done in the oven see or next day, or you can take the cooled down ribs from the over to a cottage and put it on a BBQ. All you need to do is brush BBQ sauce on both sides and put it on BBQ or broil it in the oven for 5 minutes.
