Oreo mug cake

Step 1/6

• 12 tbsp Milk
• 2 tbsp oil

In a large mug, whisk together the milk and oil.

Step 2/6

• 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 4 tbsp caster sugar
• 4 Lightly crushed oreos + more to top
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 2 pinch Salt
• 8 tbsp Flour

In a small bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa, crushed oreos, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3/6

Add the flour mix to the mug and mix well until there are no lumps.

Step 4/6

• 2 tbsp chocolate chip

Sprinkle on the chocolate and extra crushed oreos

Place on a microwave safe plate and microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds.

Step 6/6

Let cool slightly, top with whipped cream and extra crushed oreos and enjoy!
