- 50 g cilantro roots
- 50 g mint
- 2½ cloves garlic
- ½ slice ginger
- 1½ green chilis
- salt
- ¼ tsp cumin seed
- ¼ slice lemon juice
- blender
Take below ingredients to blend fine paste

- 250 g shrimp
- ½ tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- bowl
Take shrimps (deshelled & deveined) in a bowl and add the blended paste with shrimp, yogurt & vegetable oil then mix well so that the paste gets well coated to shrimps

Cover and rest marinated shrimps for 1 hour

Take wooden skewers and soak in warm water for 10mins

Take marinated shrimps and arrange them in skewers. Make sure shrimps are same size in a skewers so that it will cook evenly.

- ½ tbsp butter
- nonstick pan
Heat one spoon of oil in a non stick pan. Now place skewers in a pan and roast shrimps for 3-4 mins each side. Brush butter over shrimps to keep them moisture.

Shrimps are now ready! Have it with your favourite dips. My suggestions are Southwest mayo, Mint mayo & Garlic mayo
