Fresh dates, pitted
1 pinches
Vanilla Powder or Vanilla Extract
½ pinch
sea salt
1½
Frozen bananas, sliced
1 tbsp
Cocoa powder
1 tbsp
Unsweetened Peanut Butter
500 ml
almond milkUtensils
blender
Step 1/1
- 3 Fresh dates, pitted
- 1 pinches Vanilla Powder or Vanilla Extract
- ½ pinch sea salt
- 1½ Frozen bananas, sliced
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened Peanut Butter
- 500 ml almond milk
- blender
Soak the dates in water for about 10 minutes. Blend the dates, milk, vanilla powder and salt until smooth. Blend the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour and enjoy.
