Pepperoni and Chorizo Pizza Crumpets

- 4 Eggs
Crack eggs and whisk.
Step 2/5
- 4 Crumpets
Coat both sides of crumpets in egg and fry on low heat for 5 minutes on both sides.
Step 3/5
- 2 pepperoni
- 2 chorizo
Chop chorizo and pepperoni into smaller chunks. Cook until slightly browned.
Step 4/5
- 200 ml tomato purée (passata)
- 20 g cheese
Place cooked crumpets into a baking tray. Spread passata over the crumpets and sprinkle cheese over each. Cook at 180 for 10 minutes.
Step 5/5
Place cooked chorizo and pepperoni on top of crumpet pizzas
