    • 4 eggs

    Use chopsticks or whisk to beaten 2 eggs, heat pan with some oil and start scramble eggs

  • Step 2/3

    • 4 g salt
    • 8 tomatoes

    Slice tomato into small dices, add to pan keep stir fry for 5 minutes, add salt to taste

  • Step 3/3

    • 400 g rice
    • 20 g scallions
    • 4 g pepper

    Serve scrambled egg with tomato on to leftover rice with scallions and pepper
