Strawberry-basil cashew shake

- 125 g cashews
 - 250 g strawberries
 - 6 leaves basil
 - 1 lemon peel
 - 500 ml oat milk
 - 6 dates
 - ¼ tsp sea salt
 
- blender
 
Add cashews, frozen strawberries, basil, lemon peel, oat milk, dates, and salt to a blender. Blend on high for approx. 1 min. or until combined.

- 4 fresh strawberries for serving
 - basil leaves for serving
 
- cutting board
 - knife
 
Wash, hull and quarter strawberries. Fill shake into glasses and garnish with basil and strawberries on top. Enjoy!
