"This is a Cuban drink so the nearest place that kitchen stories had was America. This is a nice relaxing cocktail. For an alcoholic version replace the tonic water for white rum. Hope you enjoy 😀 . PS thx for so many likes on the sushi."

tonic water
40 ml
lime juice

water
200 g
sugar

- 200 g water
- 200 g sugar
Weigh the water and sugar and put on the heat. Boil for 1.5 mins and let cool to make sugar syrup.

Measure 15ml of the syrup and put in shaker.

- 100 ml tonic water
- 40 ml lime juice
Put the tonic water and lime in the shaker fill with ice and shake hard. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy.
