rolled oats8 
pitted dates

apple400 ml
rice milk

banana4 tbsp
flaxseeds
200 g
fruit (for garnish)

nonstick pan
Step 1/2
- 200 g rolled oats
 - 1 apple
 - 400 ml rice milk
 - 2 banana
 
- nonstick pan
 
Add rice milk, the apple, half of the banana, and the oats in a pan, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
Step 2/2
- 8 pitted dates
 - 4 tbsp flaxseeds
 - 200 g fruit (for garnish)
 
Serve in a bowl and top with flaxseed, dates, and any fruit you like.
Enjoy your meal!
