Vodka with bitter lemon

Step 1/2

• 3 cl lemon juice
• 12 cl vodka
• 2 lemon peel
• ice cubes for serving

• highball glass
• jigger
• peeler
• citrus press

Add lemon juice, lemon peel, and vodka into a highball glass. Fill with ice.

Step 2/2

• 400 ml bitter lemon
• mini cucumber for garnish

• cutting board
• knife

Add sliced cucumber. Pour in the bitter lemon, and add more lemon peel for garnish, if desired. Enjoy!
