- 100 g Butterfly peas (blossoms)
To separate the butterfly pea’s pollen pull the green at the bottom or you can use dried butterfly peas if you have that at home.

- 75 ml water
- Pot
- 1 fine sieve
Boil the water in a pot. Add the blossoms until the water is colored. Drain and set aside to cool down.

- 100 ml milk
- 75 ml sweetened condensed milk
- Pot
- 1 cooking spoon
Warm the milk in a pot, add the condensed milk and stir well for 30 seconds. Set aside to cool down.

Prepare ice in two glasses, add milk and butterfly pea water. Enjoy!
